 I am using Corel Paint Shop Pro 2021 (will work with earlier versions).

Note: Apply a dark shadow as you go along, I used h/v 2, opacity 50, blur 5 

 Open a 700 x 700 image

Fill with white

New raster layer

c/p paper 31

Apply mask

Merge group

Duplicate and place as shown on preview

Duplicate, mirror and use pick tool to adjust position
