I used Autumn tube by Elias Chatzoudis.

I used PSP 2020 but any version should work. 

Font of choice.
I used Burtons Dreams Pro.

I used SC mask 040 from sylly creationz Here

Drop Shadow of your choice.
Be sure to adjust, sharpen after resizing

Paste paper 5 on the bottom.
Resize 90%.
Apply Mask, delete, merge group.

Paste element 13.
Move to the right some.
Duplicate, Image, mirror.
Duplicate again, resize 80%.
Move down a bit.

Paste element 75 on top.
Resize 50%.

Paste element 99 on top of the welcome fall sign.
Resize 65%.

Paste your tube to the right of the welcome fall sign.

Paste element 16 on top of the welcome fall sign.
Image, mirror.
Resize 30%.
Duplicate, Image, mirror.
Place at the bottom.

Open element 14.
Resize 25%.
Mura Meister Copies.
First 3 settings at 20, 50, 50.
Paste behind the welcome fall sign.

Open element 11.
Resize 25%.
Mura Meister Copies.
First 3 settings at 18, 50, 50.
Resize 80%.
Paste on top of element 14-leaves.

Open element 12.
Resize 30%.
Free rotate, left 45.

Resize 35%.
Resize again 90%.

Paste element 11 to the left of the tube.
Resize to 50%.
Free rotate 15 to the left.

Paste element 6 to the left.
Resize to 50%.

Paste element 57 to the left.
Resize to 60%.
Place under the frame.

Paste element 43 to the right.
Resize to 35%.

Paste element 67 to the bottom.
Duplicate, mirror.

Paste element 16.
Image mirror, place to the right.

I resized mine to a little smaller.

Paste paper 10, apply mask, delete, merge group.

Resize Frame 5 to 70, paste, click inside with your magic wand, expand by 5, paste paper 10, invert, delete, select none.

Copy and paste your tube, resize to 15.

Open element 16, crop the confetti, paste on the paper layer under the frame, resize to 70%.
Erase any showing outside of the frame.

Resize Frame 1 to 80%. Paste under the frame on the mask layer.
Move it to how you like it.

Past element 46 on the paper layer.
Erase the balloons and the bottle behind the tube.
Duplicate, move down below the paper in the frame, move to the left
Duplicate, mirror to the right.

Resize element 25 to 50%. Place above the tube on the left.

Open the template.

Resize your canvas to 780 x 750.
Delete the credits, word art, layers 4, 8 & 7.
Move layer 3 behind layer 5 and move down a little.
Free rotate right 5 degrees.

Open a new raster layer above the white background.

Flood fill with 75c555.
Apply your mask, delete, merge group.
I resized by mask layer by 95%.

Go to layer 5.
Duplicate layer. Place copy underneath layer 5.
Resize copy layer to 105%.
On the copy of layer 5 adjust add/remove noise 15%.

Layer 5, Selections, select all, selections float, selections defloat
Flood fill original layer 5 with 75c555
Selections, select none.

Effects, texture effects, texture

Duplicate the copy of layer 5.
Resize by 95%.
Move under layer 3.

Layer 3, Selections, Select All, Selections Float, selections defloat
Flood fill with f98f2d.
Selections, select none.

Apply the texture effects as above.

Duplicate layer 2.
Move under layer 1.
Free rotate right 5 degrees.
Adjust, add/remove noise as above.

Layer 6, selections, select all, selections float, selections defloat.
Paste paper 3, invert delete, selections, select none.

Layer 1, selections, select all, selections float, flood fill with 
Flood fill with b1ba40
Selections, select none.
Effects, texture effects, texture as above.

Layer 9, selections, select all, selections float
paste paper 11 (I resized paper to 50% first).
Selections invert, select none.

Duplicate layer 2

Place the duplicate layer underneath and apply noise as above.

Original Layer 2, Selections, Select All, Selections Float, selections defloat
Flood fill with f98f2d.
Selections, select none.

Apply the texture effects as above.

Paste your tube on the top layer.
Resize to 45%.

Paste element 3 on the top left layer of the template.
Resize to 45%.

Resize element 24 to 35%.
Paste on the top right.

Resize element 58 to 55%.
Place under layer 2.
Duplicate, move below the tube on the left.
Duplicate again and place on top left under layer 2.

Resize element 39 to 32%.

Place to the right of the tube.

Resize element 4 to 50%.
Place below the tube layer on the right. 

Resize element 12 to 30%.

Place on the left on the top layer.

Paste element 59.
Resize to 40%.
Place on the left top layer next to the cupcakes.

Steam Me Up FTU Tutorial

Please remember I am writing this tutorial as I do the tag so if anything is not clear refer to the tag illustration to confirm the intention.

Steam Me Up

Supplies needed:
Tube of choice - I am using Steampunk 36 by VeryMany which you can get HERE

Do not use this artwork without a licence.

Scrapkit – FTU All Steamed Up by Mizteeque HERE

Masks of your choice.
I used Mask 347 and 351 png versions by Mizteeque) HERE

Font of choice.

Drop Shadow: 2,3,55,12 blur, black. Except for the main tube which is noted in the text.
No Filters.
My eraser brush settings: Default standard round brush:
Size: 50; Hardness: 50; Step: 20; Density: 100; Rotation: 0; Opacity: 25 or 30.
Don’t forget to sharpen or use the unsharp feature when re-sizing/rotating your elements/tube.
Except where noted I am working from back to front for my layering.
I am using PSP x2. Some of the effects may not be available in earlier versions.

Open blank canvas 700 x 700 px, floodfill white. Resize this later.

Open masks and tube and minimise for now.
 
Open paper 3, copy/paste into canvas, resize 86%.
 
Open mask 350, copy/paste into the canvas. Move up and to the left a little then Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert and on your paper 3 background.… delete. Deselect and close off the mask layer. Delete the mask layer.
I then erased a little of this layer at the bottom.
 
Open paper 15, copy/paste into canvas, resize 84%.
 
Open mask 347, copy/paste into the canvas. Move down and to the right a little then Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert and on your paper 15 background paper.… delete. Deselect and close off the mask layer. Delete the mask layer.
 
Open tube, duplicate and close copy off for now, re-size 90% and move so the face is top right of the canvas. On the darker background paper, Selections/Select All/Float/Defloat/Invert and on your tube layer.… delete. I then ran my eraser brush along the bottom of the canvas to remove any odd bits of the tube.
 
Change blend mode on tube layer to Luminance (L) and reduce opacity to around 80%.
 
Open ele 39, copy/paste into canvas, resize 50%, move to the left and up a little, duplicate, mirror and move right and down a little. Merge these layers down and then erase some of the wires around the edge in a random pattern.
 
Open ele 36, copy/paste into canvas, resize 25%, position just left of centre. Drop shadow.
 
Open ele 63, copy/paste into canvas, resize 50%, position left. Drop shadow.
 
Open ele 44, copy/paste into canvas, resize 45%, position left, Image/Free Rotate/left 15. 
Drop shadow.
 
Open ele 7, copy/paste into canvas, resize 35%, position left. Drop shadow.
 
Open ele 12, copy/paste into canvas, resize 25%, position left. Drop shadow.
 
Open ele 6, copy/paste into canvas, resize 50%, position right and towards
the bottom a little. Drop shadow.
 
Open ele 61, copy/paste into canvas, resize 30%, position right covering some of the previous layer. Drop shadow.
 
You should now have something like this on your canvas ……

Open the second tube layer and resize by 45%, position centrally in your canvas and towards the top a little and with your eraser tool just erase some of the bottom of the tube to soften the hard edge. Drop shadow using: -3, -3, 50, 12 blur, colour: black.
Duplicate, change the blend mode to Dodge and reduce opacity to 20%.
 
Time to add just a few more elements to cover the bottom of the tube.

I used the following:
 
Ele 30 copy/paste into canvas, re-size 25%. Drop shadow
 
Ele 67 copy/paste into canvas, re-size 20%. Drop shadow.
 
Ele 15 copy/paste into canvas, re-size 20%. Drop shadow.
 
When you have completed that, Image/Re-size/Resize all layers checked and reduce to 88% Width and Height. Check on how it looks and make any final adjustments, add copyright and licence information then close off white background layer
 
For the name I used font Sacred Bridge from DA Font with a drop shadow of 2, 2, 55, 4.
 
Add names as required and export or save as a png file on transparent background.
