I used the gorgeous Dreaming of Summer cluster frame by Tiggy.
She made it for a cluster frame challenge in our tagging group.

Scroll down to the 6th frame.
I added elements from the beautiful Dreaming of Summer Kit by Emma of Diamond Creations
I used Tina tube by Misticheskaya
I used PSP 2020 but any version should work.
Font of choice.
I used Sweet Beaches.
Mask of Choice.
Drop Shadow of your choice.
Be sure to adjust, sharpen after resizing.
Open a new image 750 x 750.
Paste paper 2.
Apply mask, delete, merge group.
Paste the frame.
Resize paper 14 to 60%
Paste under the right side of the frame.
Erase around the edges.
Paste your tube.
Image Mirror.
Resize 35%.
Resize again 90%.
Paste element 11 to the left of the tube.
Resize to 50%.
Free rotate 15 to the left.
Paste element 6 to the left.
Resize to 50%.
Paste element 57 to the left.
Resize to 60%.
Place under the frame.
Paste element 43 to the right.
Resize to 35%.
Paste element 67 to the bottom.
Duplicate, mirror.
Paste element 16.
Image mirror, place to the right.
Resize to 80%.
Paste element 31.
Resize 35%.
Paste on top of the greenery on the right.
Duplicate twice and place how you like it.
Duplicate again and place on top of the beach sign on the left.
Paste element 44 to the right.
Resize to 30%.
Paste element 39 to the left.
Resize to 35%.
Paste element 54 to the left.
Resize to 45%.
Paste element 56 in front of the milkshake and tube's foot.
Resize to 20%.
Paste element 15 in front of the glass with fruit.
Resize to 25%.
I resized element 64 and erased elements.
I then placed in front of the glass jar.
Add any other elements of your choice.
Add your copyright and name.
Save in PNG format.
