This tutorial was made using the Exclusive kit Passionate Patisserie by Pink Paradox Productions from Artistic Tag Passions forum. This tutorial is not to be copied or reproduced in any way or used in any other place online without written consent. KIT: Exclusive kit by Pink Paradox
Productions, Passionate Patisserie from Artistic Tag Passions forum.
MASK:
800x800 mask at Deana’s Digital Orchard and can be downloaded at this
link HERE
or use a mask of your own.
TIP: I open the kit folder and drag and drop my images into my layers
palette.
By doing this my layers already have the image name on each layer.
Some like to use the PSP organizer or another way to get your images into
your work canvas.
Use whatever way works best for you.
Name your layers to make things easier for you.
Please know to feel free to adjust to please yourself at the end before
you merge any layers.
I’ve divided the tutorial into sections so it’s easier to know where you
leave off and save.
TIP: To help prevent images from
being cut off on around the edges I drag guide lines
to each side of my canvas and activate my “Snap to Guides” under View
tab.
Grab a warm cup of fun and buckle up
because I’m taking you for a ride.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~Section 1~~~~~~~~~~~~
Open the mask in PSP
Open paper 40 --> duplicate -->
close the original.
The duplicate paper will be your
working canvas.
Resize your red paper to 600x600
Save as a .pspimage and don’t forget
to save as you go along.
Layer --> New Mask Layer -->
From Image --> select the mask in the dropdown menu --> OK
Drag
image 176 into work canvas and move to far right
Drop
Shadow (DS) 6 / 1 / 60 / 5.00 / #3f301f
Open
paper 28. Using the Section tool select
the area shown in the screen shot around the lady.
Copy
then paste as a new layer into your
working canvas.

Drag
the next list of images into your working canvas and layers are to be in this
order.
Resize
as you go.

Position
items as shown in the image at the top.
The
frame goes slightly to the right of horizontal center,
The
checker flooring goes all the way to the right edge of canvas and down not
quite to inside bottom of frame.
The
top of the floor image just past the right inside of the frame.
Move the grass just past the right inside of
frame with only half of the height showing above the top of floor.
The
image of the lady move to the right inside of frame so you don’t see the
writing on the right side. You
can fine tune the individual images towards the end as you like.
Don’t be concerned if the left side
of these images are showing in the frame.
They will be covered up by the cat later.
You can always change the sizes of
these items if you are using a different tube and the left inside of frame will
be seen.

Activate Frame 4 layer. With your Magic Wand tool select the inside
of the frame.
Selections --> Modify --> Expand by 5 --> Selections again -->
Invert
Activate the flooring image 142 layer
and delete.
Activate the lady paper 28
layer and delete.
Activate
the frame layer again and Invert the selection

Deselect
With
the selection tool with “Selection type” set to “rectangle”,
Select
the area under the frame and when activating the branches
hit
the delete key to remove the bottoms of the 2 branches only.
Deselect
The
screen shot shows what you should have thus far.

the top layer with image 176 (branch) on it.
Open
more images in your layers palette.
