St Patricks Day

This tutorial was written in PSP and should work with any version. 

Assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP

Supplies Needed:

FTU scrap kit Lucky Irish Gold by Babs Bitzy Bee Designz you can get it Here

Tube by Eugene Rzhevskii you can get it Here

Mask WSL_Mask420 you can get it Here

Add drop shadow as you go 3/3/50/5

Let's get started:

Open a new image 900x 900

Copy and paste frame 4 resize 80%

Copy and paste deco 5 resize 50% move to the left 

of the frame

Back on frame layer duplicate move above deco 5 erase 

duplicated frame so it looks like its going through

the middle of the horse shoe

Copy and paste deco 2 resize 75% move to the left 

duplicate mirror duplicate again move to the middle

Copy and paste wordart 4 resize 75% move to the bottom 

On duplicated frame click inside with magic wand expand by 10

Copy and paste paper 18 resize 60% invert hit delete copy and

and paste tube arrange in frame to your liking hit delete select none 

Go to properties opacity 60

Copy and paste candy tub 1 resize 30% to the middle

In layer palette move to frame layer copy and paste tube resize 60%

move to the right side of frame

Move to wordart in layer palette copy and paste clover charm 2

resize 40% rotate right 30 move to left side duplicate

back on original and erase the chain

Copy and paste deco 6 resize resize 50% move to the bottom

right side

Move to the bottom of the layer palette copy and paste paper 8

add mask merge group move down and over a little

Add copyright and your done
