This tutorial was written in PSP and should work with any version.

Assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP

Supplies Needed

FTU Scrap kit Precious Memories by Digiscrap Angelhaze

I am using PTU tube by Lysisange you can get it Here

Mask: WSL_Mask362 you can get it Here

Filter: Eye Candy 4000

Remember to add drop shadow as you go 3/3/50/5

Let's get started:

Copy and paste frame 4 resize 130 click inside frame 

modify by 5 

Copy and paste paper 1 invert hit delete select none 

move paper below frame

Copy and paste element 11 resize 60% move to bottom 

left side of frame

Copy and paste element 25 resize 50% move to the right 

side of the frame

Copy and paste element 28 resize 60% move to the left 

under element 11

Copy and paste element 2 resize 60% move down and to the right 

 

Copy and paste element 13 resize 40% move behind element 11

on the left side duplicate mirror arrange under element 2

Copy and paste element 21 resize 30% move under element 11

duplicate mirror move more to the right 

Copy and paste element 17 resize 30% duplicate mirror

move behind element 25

Copy and paste embellishment 3 rotate 90 move to the 

bottom of frame

Copy and paste element 3 resize 50% move below element 13

on the right duplicate mirror move over a little

    Copy and paste wordart 3 resize 40% add gradient glow 

3.00/medium

Move to the bottom of the layer palette 

Copy and paste paper 3 add mask merge group

resize 85%

Add copyright That's it your done
