This tutorial was written in PSP and should work with any version. 

Assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP 

     

Supplies Needed

FTU kit by Vaybs called steampunked you can find it HERE

 PTU tube by Misticheskaya you can find it here

     Mask_DFly_0020 HERE

          Let's get started

             Open new image 900x900

Copy and paste frame 3 with your magic wand click inside the from

go to selection modify expand by 5

Copy and paste paper 5 invert hit delete move under frame select none

add a drop shadow to your frame

Copy and paste element 27 resize by 75% move to left of frame

add drop shadow

Copy and paste 25 resize by 40% move to the left of the frame

on top of element 27 add drop shadow

Copy and paste element 2 resize by 45% move to left side of frame

add drop shadow

Copy and paste frame 8 move to right side of frame 3

with your magic wand click inside frame selection expand by 3

Copy and paste paper 7 invert hit delete selection none

Copy and paste tube resize by 45% move under frame click inside

frame 8 again selection expand by 3 on tube layer invert hit delete select none

add drop shadow to frame

Copy and paste element 9 move to left on top of frame add drop shadow

Copy and paste tube and resize by 45% place to your liking and add drop shadow

Move to bottom of layer palette copy and paste paper 5 add mask layer merge

group move to left a little add copyright and your done.
