This tutorial was written in PSP and should work with any version. 

Assuming that you have a working knowledge of PSP

Supplies Needed:

Scrap Kit Lilac Melody by Tiny Turtle Designs you can get to Here

Tube by Nocturne you can get it Here

Mask DFly_18 you can get it Here

Drop shadow used 3-3-30-3

Let's get started

Open new image 900x900

Copy and paste element 17 image rotate to the right 20% with magic wand click inside

element 17 select modify by 5

Copy and paste element 4 resize 55% select invert hit delete select none add drop shadow 

to element 17

Copy and paste element 90 resize 65 % adjust sharpen move down and to the left

add drop shadow

Copy and paste element 44 resize 30 add drop shadow

Copy and paste element 61 resize 55 % move to the left side add drop shadow

Copy and paste element 33 resize 50 % move to the left under element 90 duplicate image mirror 

see my tag for placement

Copy and paste element 101 resize 60 % image rotate left 20 % move down over element 61

drop shadow layer duplicate image mirror move over a little 

Copy and paste element 97 resize 55 add drop shadow 

Move down the layer palette to element 17 

Copy and paste tube resize 60 % duplicate move duplicated layer under element 17

with magic wand click inside element 17 select expand by 5 on duplicated tube invert hit delete select none

On main tube layer erase bottom of tube so it looks like it's inside element 17

Copy and paste element 101 resize rotate left 20 % move over element 61drop shadow 

layer duplicate image mirror move over a little

Copy and paste element 68 resize 50 % move to the right bottom duplicate mirror

Copy and paste element 10 resize 75 % move down see my tag for placement

Move down to bottom of layer palette copy and paste element 1 add mask merge group

Add copyright and your done.
